The Evolving Empath is owned and operated by Fraya Mortensen CEO of FREE TO BE YOU COACHING.

By enrolling in the Evolving Empath Membership, the Member agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Service Provided

The Evolving Empath Membership provides access to a range of resources, including but not limited to:

  • Archived workshop highlights (The Lone Wolf Sessions, Boundary Boss, Journey to Wholeness, etc.).
  • Live workshops and exclusive member-only events.
  • Access to a growing library of personal development materials and tools.

The Membership services may be subject to updates, enhancements, or modifications over time, which may or may not be communicated to Members.

2. Membership Fees

  • The Membership fee is $9.99 USD per month.
  • Fees are billed monthly and will automatically renew unless canceled by the Member.
  • Free To Be You Coaching reserves the right to adjust the membership fee with prior notice to the Member.

3. Cancellation and Termination

  • Members may cancel their subscription at any time by visiting their account settings or contacting customer service at [email protected]
  • Upon cancellation, access to all membership content will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Free To Be You Coaching reserves the right to terminate membership for non-compliance with this Agreement or inappropriate behavior in community spaces.

4. Refund Policy

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, except in cases of proven billing error.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge in question.

5. Member Responsibilities

Members agree to:

  • Use the content and resources solely for personal development.
  • Respect the confidentiality of other members and refrain from sharing membership content or recordings without permission.
  • Actively participate in live sessions, workshops, and community forums in a respectful and supportive manner.

6. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

All materials provided through the Evolving Empath Membership, including but not limited to videos, audio files, and written content, are the intellectual property of Free To Be You Coaching and Members agree not to:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or share content without prior written permission.
  • Use the content for commercial purposes without explicit consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

Free To Be You Coaching is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Membership. Members understand that personal development is subjective, and results may vary.

8. Amendments

Free To Be You Coaching reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or within the membership platform.
